Mission Statement

    Bradshaw Mountain Diagnostic Laboratory was established in 1981, dedicated then as now to providing the highest level of laboratory services that a physician or patient can expect of our profession.  Our mission is to provide accurate, relevant testing services of clinical, environmental and occupational specimens in a cost effective manner to physicians, patients and industrial clients.  This is accomplished with an emphasis on patient comfort and convenience, client and patient confidence in our quality, accuracy and our unwavering commitment to these goals.

CEO Message

     In the last 24 years, Bradshaw Mountain Diagnostic Laboratory has grown from three employees in a small office to become the largest and oldest private medical laboratory in Arizona.  Now, with nearly 100 employees in nine locations, our goals and mission remain the same: providing local, service oriented, competitive laboratory services for the physicians and patients of Yavapai County.  As we approach our 25th year, I am pleased to reflect back on what we as a team have accomplished, and look forward to meeting the demands that the future will bring.
